Ruben opened Charismatic Salon in 2008 but started his career in 1991. Ruben initially trained in Uruguay then moved to New York City. He spent 10 years training, sharpening his skills, and providing hair care services in New York City before moving to Apex to settle down. When he's not working, he loves to spend time traveling and experiencing new places!
